- A standard booking confirmation requires full payment in advance via Square.
- A cancellation made 48 hours before the appointment will incur a charge of £45, while cancellations on the day of the appointment will result in the full fee being charged.
- If you do not attend your appointment, you will be liable for the full fees for the appointment you have missed.
- The booking deposit is not required when redeeming the pre-paid acupuncture gift voucher and the treatment date/time can be arranged via email at Hello@innerpass.co.uk. There is a penalty charge of £45 if cancelled 48 hours before the appointment.
- If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your needs but the treatment will be abbreviated to remain within the allocated time.
- There will be an administration fee (i.e. credit card processing fees and any other relevant charges) if we agree to refund you. It can take up to 14 working days for you to receive the refund.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your insurance policy covers acupuncture treatment and obtaining the pre-authorised code before booking. You must settle any costs and fees that your membership does not cover. You will be liable for the full amount owed and the penalty charge for administration if your insurance company declines the payment.
- We will make our best effort to reply to your inquiries within 48 hours during the week.
- We reserve the right to withdraw and cancel services, and make related financial transactions if you do not attend your appointment.
- We will manage your inquiries via email, telephone or in-person when/if our website is down or if you require further information on the content of our website.
- The content of this website is not for distribution for business and commercial purposes without our permission.
- We do not tolerate unlawful behaviour, verbal/physical harassment, hate speech or bullying and you will be refused treatment.
- We reserve the right to disable user accounts.
- We reserve the right to contact the relevant approved authorities if there is a risk of danger to yourself or others.
