Acupuncture E-Vouchers

We are caring for the whole person with the use of TCM knowledge and techniques. It is tending to your physical, mental, spiritual, and social needs, and being aware of how all these aspects affect your overall health.

Anyone whose health can improve can benefit from our help. We will work with your to figure out the best way to integrate our holistic care into your current wellness practices. 

The initial consultation can take up to 1 hour. You will be asked questions about the main issue you are currently experiencing and additional health and medical history questions to understand your overall condition. For each session, your tongue and pulse will be examined.

Based on our Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) framework, we will work out a treatment strategy and carry out acupuncture treatment on the bed.  Please make sure to wear loose and comfortable clothing to enable easy access to your back, arms and legs.

All follow-up sessions can take up to 45 minutes.

Acupuncture needles are extremely thin and fine therefore many people do not feel the needle penetrating the skin. You may experience a sensation such as numbness, dull ache or tingling as the needle begins to affect your energy in the body. Needles are frequently left in place during acupuncture treatment for about 20 minutes, depending on each case and desired effect sought. All needles are sterilised and single-use only.

Everyone responds at different rates. However, you should expect to start making progress in 2 to 3 sessions when working on one specific issue. Any long-term issues are likely to require more sessions.

The number of treatments will also depend on a number of factors such as your age and constitution. We will be able to advise you on how many treatments you may need during our initial consultation in person.

Initial consultation and treatment - £110 (1 hour)

Follow-up session - £95 (45 minutes)

Virtual consultation - £65 (30 minutes)

Multimodality self-care programme (e.g. weight loss, skin care, etc.) - POA from £150 (1 hour)

Office & home visit - POA

It depends on your insurance policy and you should check with your provider. We can supply our paperwork to pass onto your insurer if required.

•  A standard booking confirmation requires full payment in advance via Square. 
•  A cancellation made 48 hours before the appointment will incur a charge of £45, while cancellations on the day of the appointment will result in the full fee being charged. 
• If you do not attend your appointment, you will be liable for the full fees for the appointment you have missed.
•  The booking deposit is not required when redeeming the pre-paid acupuncture gift voucher and the treatment date/time can be arranged via email at Hello@innerpass.co.uk. There is a penalty charge of £45 if cancelled 48 hours before the appointment. 
• If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your needs but the treatment will be abbreviated to remain within the allocated time.
• There will be an administration fee (i.e. credit card processing fees and any other relevant charges) if we agree to refund you. It can take up to 14 working days for you to receive the refund.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your insurance policy covers acupuncture treatment and obtaining the pre-authorised code before booking.  You must settle any costs and fees that your membership does not cover. You will be liable for the full amount owed and the penalty charge for administration if your insurance company declines the payment.
• We will make our best effort to reply to your inquiries within 48 hours during the week.
• We reserve the right to withdraw and cancel services, and make related financial transactions if you do not attend your appointment.
• We will manage your inquiries via email, telephone or in person when/if our website is down or if you require further information on the content of our website.
• The content of this website is not for distribution for business and commercial purposes without our permission.
• We do not tolerate unlawful behaviour, verbal/physical harassment, hate speech or bullying and you will be refused treatment.
• We reserve the right to disable user accounts.
• We reserve the right to contact the relevant approved authorities if there is a risk of danger to yourself or others.
